Exercise Physiologist and Research Scientist,American Council on Exercise
Fabio Comana is a research scientist, educational curriculum developer, and spokesperson for ACE. He currently teaches at the University of California San Diego and San Diego State University, instructing courses in exercise science and nutrition. Prior to joining ACE, Comana served as wellness manager at Club One, opening and managing fitness clubs. Additionally, he spent seven years as a head, and strength and conditioning coach of for division I athletics.
As an ACE spokesperson, Comana has been featured in various media outlets including television, radio, and over 100 nationwide newspaper and print publications. He continues to lecture and write on many topics related to exercise, fitness and nutrition
